POLICIES AND SPECIAL PRICING: Fees vary by program (please click on the appropriate listing in the submenu) and are subject to change. “New” Fee Policy for Pineridge Children’s Centre As fees are based on the yearly expenses of the Centre, you are required to pay for all the days your child is registered and the centre is open, including days when she/he is away due to illness or family holidays. Statutory holidays will be at a prorated cost and will be included in your monthly invoice. The centre will be open every week day, except for statutory holidays and the Christmas Break which will vary from year to year. New: Effective September 1, 2009 Client fees are due the last working day of each month. Families whose fees are in arrears will lose their space and their children will be immediately demitted from the centre unless an agreement has been made with the Office Administrator for speedy settlement of accounts. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to submit post-dated cheques for a six-month period. If the child is withdrawn, unused cheques will be returned. Cash will still be accepted. Written notice will be given when more cheques are required. You will be given an official receipt for fees paid annually for income tax purposes. Reminder: Late Pick-up Policy There is a “late fee” of $1.00 per minute per child for parents/guardians arriving after 6:00 p.m. We thank you for your support in this matter and your commitment to making Pineridge Children’s Centre a positive environment for your children.
Statutory Holidays:
Families are required to pay for statutory holidays. This
will be prorated for part time spaces.
Fees: Fees are based on enrollment (not on attendance). Payments are expected for missed days due to illness, vacation etc.
Accounts: Accounts
must be paid by the last working day of the month.
Please note that these rates reflect increases in the costs of operating our services and are in line with Renfrew County rates and the fee policies of most child care centres in Ontario. |
